You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch: OTA

I've been getting back to work on my owed commissions but I took a break to do a quick little holiday-themed design to sell! This grumpy little dragon baby is based vaguely on the Grinch, and he needs a home! He has some VERY rare traits: a long tail, dragon horns, and his one-of-a-kind grinchy neck fluff, which I will likely not add on any other Anapsid ever.

I am not setting a price for this guy, so please feel free to make me an offer for him!! I will consider ALL offers, and if there are multiple offers, I will take the highest one. I am interested in USD mainly, though I will also take dA points, as I do have a few people I need to pay back.

If there is interest, I may make a few more little holiday designs to sell, maybe even on some different adoptable bases!!
