Team deceptions, an organization that was once a prosperous militaristic base meant to defend and help the octarians of the new nation that was formed. However, after their independence they were no longer needed. However, they established their bases around the new nation to defend them like their original purpose was since the new nation needed to have military support. Weeks after the new nation of form a stable government was soon formed and they started to have connections with the outside world creating trade routes. It started to form an economy. 2 years later there was a raid at one of the bases which led to the death of Team deceptions old leader. This was operated by the x general who was terminated from his position as co-leader of team deceptions. The old leader son Pablo took over as leader after defeating the co-leader in battle. He worked hard but eventually the team had to go into hiding, abandoning their own bases. A few years they went by and they slowly started to reemerge, after learning about Pokémon that existed, many of them had caught Pokémon and trained them and eventually led to the discovery of Eternatus. Pablo made a deal with the mythical Pokémon Deoxys. Which helped him catch the legendary Pokémon but an exchange will be bonded for life. Deoxys trained Pablo to raise Pokémon properly and eventually he became obsessed becoming the strongest trainer and hopefully beginning to track down the strongest trainers in the world. Defeating many young trainers. However, he began to lose multiple times which have pimped up his frustration. And is frustrated with his co-leader his ex best friend who turned into a cyborg to save his life after a massive explosion years prior. Created battle droids that helps him with multiple tasks.
