Just to let you know, the "x" in "x-mas" is the Greek symbol for "Chi" from Χριστός which is "Christ" in Greek.

In fact "Christ" was often written as "X" or "XP" in old English.

Sorry for the lengthy explanation, just wanted to let you know what the x actually stands for. ^^;
