Quick question/side note, are you interested in reading a fanfic I wrote? Inspired by the FNAF 1 fics of olde, specifically in the genre of "FNAF 1 but instead of angry ghosts it's animatronics that see you as an endoskeleton just like the phone-guy said?" Especially by DeltaV, if you happen to recognize that username?
Because I just finished the first story of my fic after a long series of unfinished rewrites.
Edit: Despite my inspirations being on fanfic.net, my fic is on Ao3 since that site doesn't kick me in the [redacted] every five seconds when writing.

I'd definitely wouldn't mind seeing what you came up with because it sounds really interesting! I find the idea of the animatronics being these these highly dangerous creatures bent on destruction as opposed to the ghosts of children very unique, so I'd be more than happy to see what you cooked up! I'll probably read it tomorrow since I'm just about to go to bed, so just give me the link to your fanfic and I'll check it out tomorrow when I get the chance!
I didn't say they were creatures bent on destruction, I said they were robots misinterpreting orders. I'd say more but that'd spoil the main conflict of the story.
...Although... your interpretation of the bots being "creatures bent on destruction" is interesting, one of us should take a crack at that some time.
