Do the wings have to be A bird's wings? Could they be something like, glass wings or metal wings e.t.c.

But there can be bat winged Hiru'm's, they dont have any tails, and do not live on the Rihane Island. They live on the Mainland.
The tail IS NECESSARY, because without it, can ANY bird fly? Bats are only ones without tails.
