Top-Dog: taking a bite outta crime

as a child, both brother and sister, Tom and Teresa O'neil, were attacked by a dog which had escaped from a goverment genetics lab , in a near by town, leaving the pair transformed forever. After years of keeping their powers secret, it was only after the death of their mother to gangsters , they vow to use thier powers to fight crime as the duo Top-Dawgs

Now gifted or cursed with heightened senses and hands and feet that can grow at will, that allows them if need to run on all fours with great results.
and yes they have tails, which they have to hid in their civilian lives.

Had this in the can for almost a year, trying to do better with posting more regularly. This will help clear a lot of the back log of characters and art I did, however it is frustrating as some if not all the groups I post too have a limit to how often you can post in group. So as a result I have a stock pile of artwork. I did do an upgraded costume for Top Dog’s sister and crime fighting partner Princess Pedigree...but decided I didn’t like how it came out.
