- from ~70 sq m to ~100 sq m
- 2,5 or 3 rooms
- modern / new bathroom
- located in Mitte or West of Berlin (e.g. Mitte, Wedding, Schöneberg, Wilmersdorf, Moabit, Kreuzberg, Steglitz; perhaps also Pankow, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Prenzlau)
- up to ~700 Euro p. m. incl. utilities
- "Altbau" with plank / parquet preferred
- bright and photogenic, of course.


It's hard to find a flat, that fits my personal needs as well as my budget, my needs as a photographer and my needs for a location, so I don't have to sit in the metro for 3 hours every day...
