I was familiar with the musical before and I LOVED the movie. I thought it was faithful to the musical and beautifully done!

I was familiar with the musical before and I wasn't a fan of the movie, mostly because of the singing. They say they wanted to put acting before singing, but why couldn't they just do what Broadway did and find people who act AND sing?

I was familiar with the musical before and did not like it. It was too violent/sexual/emotionally harrowing for me.

NOT familiar with the musical but loved it! I found it moving and beautiful!
