This is sort of a journal that I'll keep up front about my current plans for weight loss. I figured if it's the first thing I'll see, I'm always reminded of what I'm working for!
S= Snacks M=Meals
GOALS
Currently at 218 lb, want to get to 190lb
Add Exercise (after getting a regime with new diet)
Additional weight loss if or when I reach goal.
Week 0 - 218lb (Weighed 9.22, diet started 9.25)
Changed up my diet - involving more fruit and veggies, tuna, drink water more often.
Current veggies and fruits - Cucumbers (S & M), cauliflower (M), cherry tomatoes (S), and strawberries (S).

I haven't had a good month so I'm pretty behind on things. As for the answer to your question - use any phrase as long as it sounds simliar to the canon character henshin phrases (no long lines, etc). I'll be sure to upload starting January, just focus on the extra events, they'll be staying longer since I was so late in uploading the 3rd semester.
Quick Question, is there a transformation phrase that the students have to say?
