So I have decided to all but leave dA.
I've had another major problem with it, so I'll leave up my old stuff. However, I will no longer post new work, and I don't plan on checking my messages.

          I don't do international work. This is just too complicated for me to deal with while I have a day job.

I came very close to leaving this site. I'm only keeping it around for my friends.

Why, you might ask, would one want to leave DA permanently? Well, after my deviation "Unicorn v. Narwhale" got a daily deviation, I was happy at first. Then as I began to read the comments beneath, my smile faded. It seems a number of people who viewed my art were stuck on what to call the equestrian co-star.

"It's not a unicorn, it's a pegasus."

And I can't tell you how many of the comments were the above sentence.

First of all, it has a horn, so it must be classified as some sort of unicorn.

Secondly, I DO NOT GIVE A FLIP WHAT IT IS CALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!
IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING INTERESTING TO SAY, THAT'S FINE BUT IF YOU JUST WANT TO ARGUE ABOUT NOMENCLATURE, TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE, TOOTS.

Normally, I try not to rant online, but I feel very strongly about this. That is why I'm posting this notice. I'm only going to be on here once in a blue moon to support my friends and look at good art.

Thanks to all who have faved my stuff recently. Once again I am overwhelmed with comments and faves, so thanks everyone! I feel loved.

I'm not on much; been busy making the art. Unfortunately I mostly post to Facebook now, so as to appeal to the non-artists as well.

I am generating new art. Got a lot that needs to be refined, then posted. But in order to protect my sanity, I must procrastinate.

In conclusion, I will put up art eventually. Just not yet.
