I'm still checking messages just no longer posting art here. Anyways, my dear artists, some things I wanted to tell to all of you -Stop tying your value as a person according to your work, your followers, your identity, or what people or your parents say from you. You deserve to feel well and to be loved. -Stop caring what people think, seriously, that's liberating. I found myself too many times stressing out of what people thought about me or my works, it doesn't matter, it's not as severe as you think. Your well being matters more. -Draw the things you like, as long as we are not hurting anyone. Draw those things that you are passionate about. Yes, you'll have work and commissions to do, but never forget about those little things you like. Personal art matters, and it doesn't have to be related to money everytime, you can draw those things for yourself, you are not obligated to share them if you don't feel like it. -Stop with the elitist mentality, or with the stern rules for art.

There's this myth going around that artists are "spoiled" for gaining lots of money. I just wanted to say that I've been doing art for more than 15 years and I couldn't possibly live from it. I mean to say that those who can live off from their art are those who were very lucky to gain an audience, those are privileged. Most artists cannot make it to the end of the month, and most artists are starving artists, does not have medical inssurance in between other things. I'm not saying this to be mean at anyone, I'm happy for those who can make it as a living. I hope you can understand. Greetings.
