As 2014 is coming to an end a lot of people are evaluating their year. Mine was a turbulent one; people I thought to be my friends dumped me, my mental illness worsened, I lost my dad. All these events along with my computer resetting made me lose all artistic energy. I'm slowly feeling the want to create art returning again; so if anyone can recommend a photoshop version, please do! 2014 was also the year where I got my first proper commission; I made the cover-art for canadian Valyria's first EP. Hi guys how are you?I know I've been terribly inactive here lately, but I haven't had much energy to do art, and when I do it doesn't turn out how I want. It's like a lot of my drive disappeared when some stupid drama hit my path in april (I chose to just move on and not really mention it as I felt it wasn't really worth it) followed by my fathers death in may. It just sucked out my energy - I have a lot of ideas but no real energy to do much about them. I hope it will get better eventually.But yeah, just reminding the world that I'm still here.P.S. Hello all.Sorry for my abscence but real life has been hard on me lately, leaving no time nor energy for art.I've had physical aches and pains, mostly in relation to my warped spine and soreness in relation to a very fresh labret-piercing. The hardest blows have been the mental ones; I lost my beloved father a week and a half ago, he had a broken artery in his brain that wouldn't stop bleeding. All his nearest and dearest were there and said goodbye. He got buried this tuesday at a lovely service. I will miss him dearly as he was one of the kindest men on this planet; but I'm glad he's in a better place.I think that was all for now, hope y...
