I think outside of Japan, you can only buy the full intuos4 accessory kit that comes with the grip without a button hole. There's a lot of them online if you search it up such as amazon, ebay, etc. I'm sure the official wacom store still carries the kit to ship it worldwide (some ebay stores too). I hope that helps
