He's suppose to be short but I fail at making him look like that. AND YES HE HAS GLASSES and hisBOW VAIRES COLOUR AND VARIES BETWEEN BOW OR TIE and I failed at making the emblem thing on his arm.

Here's the bonus:HIS LAST NAME MEANS SHORT MAN IN GERMAN how awesome is that? Okay the story behind his surname, he has a mother but doesn't know who is his real father, so instead of taking either one's last name he does a mix by having both and adding a hyphen.

Kurzman= shortman in german
Kraus=curly haired person or something in german, they are not really the german words, they're varient and actually surnames

Out of his family all of them are medium heighted or tall. For some odd reason he is the only short one...

1st choice: Western Europe Dorm, France's Division
2nd choice: Northern Europe Dorm, UK's Division
3rd choice: Central Europe Dorm, Germnay's Division
This was for student enrollment thing, I purposely put him in France division because France's is a pedo and Marcell is picky about being touched.

Marcell: "I am interested in the French language and culture, I have some distant relatives that are french so I would like to know more about France..."
