I don't mean to be the source-police, but I wouldn't be talking about this if it weren't a problem.

For a moment, let's ignore the fact that I am an artist on the internet whose art also gets shared and posted on other sites.
I follow A LOT of fan pages on facebook, and most of them share fanart. I browse through my feed for the soul purpose of finding the originals so I can favorite them or reblog them. If proper source is not provided, I cannot do this. I cannot go to the artist's page and give them the view they earned. I can only look at the reposted version, which is used to gain views and likes from other people on facebook. This is a problem to me as a viewer. Not just a problem to me as an artist.

Made this with Undertale characters because that is the big thing I am viewing and reblogging right now, and I've gotten a lot of sass from some UT fan pages when I ask them to provide a source.
