She was expected to be male before she came to life which is why her name is typically masculine one.
Despite her tomboyish tendencies, she still very much values her femininity and is the reason behind her being painted such a feminine color as well as her lipstick.
Despite her and Kevin being twins and therefore the same age, she sees herself as more of his protective big sister.
Apart from Amelia (another one of my OCs), her closest friend on Sodor is Mavis.
One of her favorite pastimes is teasing and just generally messing with Diesel 10 and he lets her because he respects her for being gutsy enough to do so.
Her and Kevin were separated when they were sold to different owners to cover a mafia debt - Kevin to Sir Topham Hatt and Devyn to a railyard in New York City.
