Remember Muggsy Meerkat, one of the main antagonists from Who Kidnapped Clarice Cub? This is what he actually look like. In fact, he's not even a meerkat, but a small dog. Like Lefty, Muggsy was given makeup to make him look like a meerkat from Jay Birdiehousen.
