What you're watching is the syndication of the franchise name and product - which only happens after a show aired for a minimum 3 seasons.

These are just copies the stations can play randomly whenever they want or not at all.

There is literally no personnel involvement, as the process has become automated.

The stations only decide whether or not to make the shows available.

Nothing more.

Nothing less.

But like Bugs Bunny, anything considered okay for the time period may be rejected later on, and much of poor Bug's films will never be seen again, permanently archived because if it.
