Concept Art for my fan comic "Paragons of the Renaissance".
This is Solana Vakarian, Garrus' sister, in case you're not quite sure who she is. She was mention in the Shadow Broker files from the ME2 DLC.
Also the artire that Solana is wearing is the uniform standard issue of the organisation that she's currently in charge of. On the left hand side is the normal version where regular members usually wear while working.
On the right hand side is the white coat that she's wearing over her uniform, signifying her status as the leader of the organisation.
