Just picked up a Canon EOS 30D.  I'll so excited.  I live in the beautiful California high desert so expect to see desert pics from me soon.  I've been studying photograph for about 2 1/2 years now, but I never wanted to use my point-and-shoot digital for anything other than snapshots.  Now I've got POWER.  Keep your eyes open for some new uploads.

Sorry for the long silence.  I have been away from the world of digital art for some time.  I check DA daily and LOVE looking at what everyone is doing, however, it seems my creative juices have dried up at the moment.  This may be due to a bust fall/winter season or my new addiction to Ragnarok www.q-ro.net .  Whatever the case, I plan on submitting some new art this spring.Until then :pacman:

I get to kick off this journal on my brand-spanking new 19" flat panel monitor I picked up yesterday.  Ohh yeah!!  Only downside is that I have been making wallpapers for several months at 1024x768.  My new monitor is now 1280x1024.  Back to the drawing board with some larger wallpapers.  I've been posting on DA for all of 4 days now.  I have 85 page views and 8 friends.  Ego boost.  I've even found a favorite emo :stupid:Time to run to church.  L8r
