John Luis Carter, or Joniva Luis Carterinna, is the loyal brother of Tony Gazinni Carter, the Father of the Angels. John is also known as the Magical Phantom, because he was given partial powers by his beloved brother, which he has the power to vanish in smoke.

John disguises himself as a mysterious magician or an assassin in the following clothing and items:

+Sword cane w/ a Snake head w/ green emerald eyes

John is also a ruler of Europe, he leads Western Europe, including Spain, Morocco and Portugal. He may have Italian blood from his brother, but he is more into the Spanish traditions. He does play accordion and certain instruments, like clarinet, piano, Spanish Guitar and flute and a saxophone.

Compared to Tony, he might have a crush on Princess Fei's daughter, Asia, who has a vast interest in spiritual things and communications with ghosts. Apparently, they haven't heard from each other since Tony came to China for revenge.
