Thank you! Face Your Art is one of these artist trends/memes/whatever you want to call them, where you can showcase some aspect of your art and discover new artists. I am not sure when or how it started, but I'm guessing the point of this one is to see what kind of faces and facial features an artist gravitates towards, or on the other hand showcase variety in the faces.
Another example would be Art VS Artist, where people compare themselves to their art. The point of that is the idea that the art you produce resembles you due to you observing yourself the most when learning to draw.
