An upgraded Sta.sh with new features!
Deviation Actions
🆕 Update (January 22, 2025): These features are now rolling out to all deviants!
Sta.sh is receiving some much-needed love in the near future! Deviants have been asking for more Sta.sh features, including for Sta.sh items to be accessible in the Studio, and those features are on the way.
Rest assured — your Sta.sh content is safe and all your existing files and folders will be transferred as part of these updates and will also remain private.

Now Available: Sta.sh Folder Redesign
When viewing another deviant's Sta.sh folders, you’ll soon see a new look that brings them in line with the rest of DeviantArt’s design, alongside the updated look of individual Sta.sh items that was released earlier this year. Sta.sh folders are now available in dark, light, and green themes!
💡 Tip: If you'd like to see how the redesign looks on your Sta.sh folders, visit your Sta.sh folder's URL while logged out or use your browser's private browsing mode.
Sta.sh in Studio
As part of these upgrades, new features will be added to Sta.sh in its new home in the Studio. All of Sta.sh’s existing features will still be available, and you’ll also see some new benefits:
Bulk edit a variety of features, including titles, descriptions, tags, and more.
Sta.sh folders and files will be separated, so you can easily find all of your folders without having to scroll to locate what you need.
All of your scheduled items will appear in one central place, so you can easily modify and manage your submission schedule.
Preset templates can be applied to items in your Sta.sh for an easier time submitting art.
Easily create and edit descriptions with the same text editor as elsewhere on DeviantArt.
Grid View
Studio launched with items in a list view, but a new grid view allows deviants to browse their Studio with thumbnails like they did in the prior version of Sta.sh.
Shortcuts
The new Shortcuts feature in your Studio sidebar lets you add folders or galleries for quick access.
Search in Sta.sh
The prior version of Sta.sh was missing a search function, which led to a cumbersome experience for deviants with many drafts and WIPs. By popular request, the new Sta.sh in Studio comes with search, making it easier to locate older files that may be nestled several pages deep.
More Items Per Page
With a maximum of 50 files on each page instead of 25, deviants can take bulk actions on more items at once, saving time on organization.
File-Type Labelling
Now file-type indicators will now be available for items that can't be displayed as a thumbnail, such as PDF, ZIP, and more, so you can tell at a glance which items in your Sta.sh are non-image files.
Sta.sh Migration Process
Upgrades to Sta.sh will roll out gradually, with all deviants gaining access within a few weeks of the migration starting. Once your account has access to the change, you'll see Sta.sh in the Studio and you can start using it immediately!
If you happen to visit your Sta.sh at the same time as the upgrades are being added to your account, you’ll see a notice that should last less than a few minutes while the process is completed.
Rest assured — your content is safe and your Sta.sh files will not be deleted as part of the migration.
All your existing files and folders will be transferred and will be available to you in Studio, where they will remain private.
There are no changes to the way file sharing works; as before, deviants can only view your Sta.sh content if you share a link with them. Once your account has access to the change, you'll see Sta.sh in the Studio and you can start using it immediately!
