Tharnock II

Tharnock II (b. August 22, 1982) is an anthropomorphic dragon who is the son of Tharnock Sr. (SCP-3844) (b. June 11, 1807 - d. November 4, 2007). He is known to be as the founder and chairman of the International Phenomena Control & Defense Agency (IPCDA). He was (secretly) born from his parents, Tharnock Sr. (a dragon) and Ojo Edwards (a human), and was raised by his mother while his father remained imprisoned in the Dolomite Mountains until his death in 2007 by the foundation.

In 2009, Tharnock II sneaked into the base in the Dolomite Mountains and discovered the remains of his deceased father and found out that the SCP Foundation had murdered him 2 years earlier. Later in 2012, he noticed rumors of toxic waste being thrown into oceans, people forgetting, anomalous food items taken from stores, and supernatural creatures, beings, and items captured. He realized that all of it was the SCP Foundation's doing to become an End-Of-The-World scenario itself, and that a powerful being, known as the Scarlet King, is behind this. After practice on combat, he became a weapons expert.

In 2014, he established his organization, the IPCDA, rivaling against the SCP Foundation to clean the mess and restore the balance in the world by using some SCPs that he taken from each site, just to prevent the Scarlet King from getting what he wants.
