Description
I'm taking a short detour from the Superhero genre to touch on one of the heroes from my childhood. The four elements swirl together in the window behind him, becoming one. He brings them together and it's expressed both through the people he unites and the changes in the world that he influences. Each element stays distinct and true, with its own strength and identity, but in harmony with the others. Avatar: The Last Airbender taught me so much as a child. It taught me about dealing with pain, and organizing resistance, and finding connection with others. I will always treasure it.
