The oc that I failed to draw in the picture is Bellatrix, Percy and Daisy's daughter as the scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz! But because she's a cowgirl sort, I tried to combine the two outfits and add a country feel to the fantasy world, but obviously it isn't that good. >~<

But still Yay.

I don't own the Wizard of Oz or it's characters, nor do I own Bellatrix.
