While there really isn't any true story behind Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan 4 Ultra Instinct, and I completely disagree with :iconaspiringcreator: on the god forms and Ultra Instinct and the fan form SSJ5, I will agree with him that symbolism is important to transformations like them. So if I were to inject meaning into this form, it would be the mastery of both the primal and human sides of a Saiyan along with the powerful negative feelings that may come with them and with their God Ki mastered and mixed in as they reach a zen like state of being.
