Big City, Nancy Green’s trailer.
Robin and Nancy are sitting on the step of the latter’s trailer, each enjoying a can of coke.
Robin/Nancy: Cheers!
They happily gurgle their own cans of cokes.
Robin: Thanks for having me over, Nancy.
Nancy: My ex-husband isn’t wrong about you being a sick person. I like you! It’s like having a teenage son haha! -she ruffles Robin’s hair-
Robin: -blushes- Please. Don’t embarrass me.
Nancy: Sorry. Cricket and Tilly haven’t reached teenage yet so I really don’t fully understand what an adolescent thinks. Haha.
Robin: When you reach adolescence, you just yearn for acknowledgment no matter what. Like, I wish my teammates would acknowledge me more. But no. They all call me “useless”. Doesn’t help when I also got two Jewelpet partners. One likes to pull annoying pranks. While the other doesn’t always see my side of the story. It’s terrible.
Nancy: Kid, you need to know that when someone cares about you, they can’t always indulge you. I’m sure the
