“Dekopon! Dekopon! Dekopon!”
Exhilarated chanting filled the ears of all those present. Excited grins hid behind the hundred or so black masks circling the pentagram, dim candle light being the only indication that anything actually existed in this hall. Dried blood was sprawled across the walls, drawn into unusual shapes and foreign letters. Every tiny stroke depicted one unified message.
“Dekopon!”
When the clock struck the hour, another source of light rose up in the room, emanating from the altar at the front of the hall. With flames reflected in her wide-framed glasses, a silent woman marched into view, her gaze fixed upon the chanting crowd. Adorned in plain, bluish-gray robes and neon green hair, the woman turned to the tabernacle behind her and pulled out a rusty dagger. It was etched in ancient runes, far preceding the lives of the tiny mortals who admired its grace. The tip of the dagger was drenched in

“I’m… I’m really free to go?”
Ellen couldn’t help but giggle at the flower-haired girl who looked at her with such wide eyes and such potent shock in her face. Somehow, even though that girl had been on Ellen’s shelf for an entire night, filled with stuffing and with a fabric smile sewn into her little face, she had never looked so toy-like as she did then.
“Yep yep~” The witch said, pointing to the door. “I’m Ellen by the way~! Good luck out there!”
“Y…you… too…”
The girl stood at the door, and looked back into the house. She probably expected the witch to jump at her and transform her all over again. However, Ellen waved her away, and the flower-haired girl just shuffled away while scratching her head.
Another toy returned to humanity after a healthy day of playtime and fun! It was bittersweet in its own way, but Ellen felt refreshed! She was sure that girl did too!
“Didn’t you say forever?” a voice said from behind Ellen. The

The dust collected around her, gathered in piles of little gray specks that seemed so much larger now than ever before. The light from the ceiling fan had beat upon her for an hour now, though luckily it wasn’t too bright.
To her left, there was a green teddy bear, sitting with its hands sewn to its knees and a wide smile stitched across its face. Lychee never thought that she would be able to look over at another stuffed animal like that and have her first thought be “So big…”
She swallowed. Or, she would have, if she could move a single muscle. Her joints were packed with stuffing, and her skin was replaced with a soft material that not a single drop of blood flowed through. She didn’t exactly “look” at things - only noticed them through her peripheral vision.
It made her metaphysical heart pound like crazy to know that she was one of them now. So fast, so terrifyingly easily, she had become indiscernible from her fellow objects

Stacy flailed around dizzily. One moment she was an inanimate plush, and then Ellen returned her ability to move, and then before she could even adjust to that, Almond decided to warp away with her!
Despite not having any organs as a stuffed animal, all of her insides felt jumbled up after being teleported. When Almond let go of her, she spun around, disoriented, before collapsing against a wall. Her eyes swirled in her head as she regathered her vision.
The room Almond had taken her to was dark, but there was a bit of light creeping its way in through the corners. In front of her she saw a stack of plates, each larger than her body. On top of the stack, crossing their arms and looking incredibly frustrated, was the one who had swiped her away from her girlfriend so suddenly. Their red fur, little plush horns, and heart-tipped tail could be recognized anywhere.
“Almond! I-I was wondering

While I was taking an afternoon nap, I was abruptly woken up by the noise of muffled knocking at my door as if it was a gloved hand knocking at it. Opening the door, I found no one but a hefty-looking box with a label that indicated it was a box sent by a company called "G-Sylveon Plushies Co.", a company I did not recognize. Lifting the box, I was surprised by its light weight. I took it back to my bedroom as I was thinking of napping again after I took a look at the contents of the box. Opening the box, the contents shocked me.
It was an Umbreon plush suit, one I had seen in an online comic (link above) and wanted ever since. It was made of a soft fleecy material, and it has thickened paws and limbs just like the comic. On the plushie hood were two red eyes above the hood and two dangling Umbreon ears. As I was trying to find the zipper, there did not seem to be

I took a leisurely evening walk in my cotton shirt and a pair of knee-length pants, enjoying the breeze around the streets of the suburban landscape. Yawning and thinking of turning back, I was stopped by a girl in a white, cat-eared hoodie. “Meow!” She introduced herself, but it was an odd way to start off a conversation. Scratching my head, my only response in confusion was, “Uhh… May I help you?” She tilted her head cheekily. “Nya! Follow me!” She dashed through the lighted streets, and I ran after her, thinking she might need urgent help.
Reaching a dead end on the streets, she did not stop and ran into the wall, vanishing into thin air before my eyes. Slowing down to an eventual stop, I stared blankly at the wall as I caught my breath, wondering how she did that like a magician. Pressing a hand lightly on the wall, it seemed to ripple like what I would see when fishes surface for air in ponds. Retracting my hands, the

Stirring from a great night of undisturbed rest, I opened my eyes to discover that I was not in my own bedroom or my bed, but rather in a big room shared with other children who were still asleep. Peeling off my blankets and sitting up in bed, I realized that I was not in my normal pajamas. It had been replaced by a two-piece nightwear that had a silky feel to it, definitely not my own. However, when I gazed at the child beside me, it was some kind of humanoid cloth doll with sewn-on eyes, mouth, and various features, like the face of a mannequin. Creepy would be an understatement and the darkness of the night made it uncanny. Staring at the floors, it was all fabric too, as though it was carpeted by fleece blankets. Ducking under the covers of my blanket, I went back to sleep.
In the morning, I yawned and sighted other doll children running around in their pajamas. While I scratched my head in confusion
