A year and a half had passed since the Roadrangers saved the Earth from the Velocity Star Gang. At first, it was thought that Warhog was the big bad guy the Roadrangers were up against. But it turned out that Tige, later Tigian, was the true evil mastermind. Upon figuring out his weakness, the Roadrangers put an end to Tigian's evil scheme, and the Velocity Star Gang was freed from his tyranny! Since the defeat of Tigian, the Roadrangers, as well as their allies, Speedstar and Locomotor, from the Planet Hyestar, a planet that fell victim to the Velocity Star Gang, were enjoying life on Earth. Speedstar and Locomotor took to liking their new home planet, and were beginning to adjust to earthly society. Speedstar had begun a relationship with Haley, and while Speedstar has had some issues with knowing what to do, Locomotor was there to help out.
