It's been a while, and I mean über long, since I last received a question for my OCs, so I decided to re-open them after realizing that people may think they've been closed. That's not the case, but I did add some some rules to hopefully clear things up and prevent future confusion: Keep questions fandom-relevant! This means no more "real world" related questions; such questions will instead be directed to K.T.. For example, you shouldn't ask, say, Koneko a Pokémon-related question, or Kani a Sailor Moon-related question, because then they'll be confused. I'll be grouping my OCs by fandom, so that should help. No more "To all" questions. Trying to get everyone gathered to answer a question can be tiring sometimes, and not all of them will be able to answer. Some might even get confused depending on the question.
