My thoughts on Queen
Queen, a classic rock band old as time. With an amazing gay lead singer and brilliant straight guitarist, bassist and drummer. It's time for me to share about what I think of this amazing band.
Back in the old days, Brian May and Roger Taylor were in a group called, Smile. No, not that terrible pointless horror film, Smile, which I hate, I'm talking about the band, Smile. But unfortunately, the band only recorded six songs and then disbanded. Those songs were called April Lady, Step on Me, Polar Bear, Earth, Blag, and Doin' Alright. These were only on their CD, Ghost of a Smile.
After Smile had disbanded, May and Taylor went to play at a gig with Freddie Mercury and they named themselves, Queen. In 1971, John Deacon, an experienced bassist, joined Queen. But despite John being such a great bassist, his quiet demeanor complemented the band, and he was skilled in electronics too. Queen then started off with a bang with a self-titled album.
