Kelly turned to Jenny after hearing the news. "Your art got accepted?" she asked.
"Yes it did." Jenny replied. "If you don't believe me, look at the message." She handed the message to Kelly, who read it aloud.
"Dear Jenny," Kelly read, "I am very pleased with the image you sent me for the front of my newspaper. The drawing of Alfur reading symbolizes our audience perfectly. I especially like how well you captured his... shredded abs?" She turned to Jenny with a confused look on her face.
"Your guess is as good as mine." Jenny answered. "Keep reading."
"While I cannot legally pay you due to you being a minor, I have sent a check to Johanna. Show this message to her and I'm sure you'll get compensated well for your work. Sincerely, Adeline."
"Well, looks like we've got another trip on our hands." Kelly told Jenny.
"Seems like it." her friend replied. "Let's go." The two walked over to Hilda's apartment and knocked on the door. Johanna opened it and greeted the two girls.
"Hello."
