It seems like the burger chains have decided that the trend of offering lighter choices like deli sandwiches, salads and yogurt has come to an end. I noted this on the horizon when Burger King started testing the BK Stacker -- a pile of beef, cheese, bacon and sauce available from Double (fills you up), Triple (makes you skip lunch the next day) and Quad (causes your digestive system to shut down) size. I just caught a bat in my house. My cat was trying to kill it (as cats usually do to things smaller than them) and I had to catch it and let it go to keep my cat from getting it. Here's a tip if you ever have to do this yourself: Turn on something that makes a lot of noise, like the TV or a radio or something. The bat won't be able to focus on the sounds you make as you approach to catch it, because the room's being saturated in noise.Anyway, Anime North was fun. Well, a few new things have happened lately that I think are worth bearing mention. First and foremost, I've rounded up a few new games for myself.
