; wherein a modest candle helps to light up a cold Hearth's Warming. Drive Link It’s only been a month since the holidays. I’m not that late. It’s still really cold, so it still fits, right? ...right? Anyway, on her normal solitary patrol on Hearth’s Warming, Captain Gules Galliard stumbles on a little lost filly and it just so happens that she knows this filly very well. As a whole, pretty quick and simple. I wanted to write it to try and get a handle on Gules’s character, and like I said when I uploaded the drawing, the story was almost finished then, but there were still a couple pages left and I knew I wouldn’t get it out in time. I didn’t want to just throw the super rough draft out there, so I held off. Been slowly poking at it though, and now here we are. The latter half of it definitely doesn’t feel as polished as I’d like, especially because I’m not entirely sure about Gules’s tone/voice still, but to be honest, I didn’t want to just sit on it for too long. I can always edit

Got a couple quick things. Art slowed for a bit for the holidays. I planned on kicking back into it a couple days after Christmas, but I got a new computer so I’ve been kinda just enjoying playing games in actual good quality for once. Whoops. I’ve gotten through about half of the requests from November, though, and they’ll pick back up again after I do my yearly Limestone. Sorry it takes me so long to do these. On another note, all the fics that I've posted have just kinda been spread out over the drawings and random posts, so I figured that having them together in one place might be good.
