[rant]i was witness yesterday to a startling fact: the city i live in is full of idiots. there's a section of edmonton called "old strathcona," which is basically the arts district. right by a major university, lots of bars, coffee shops, curio/antique stores, street vendors, blah blah ad infinitium blah. last night (saturday night) i had to drive down it to get gas for my lawnmower so i can finally cut my grass today. the sidewalks are full of guys running around yelling and trying to impress the copious amounts of slutty women prancing around wearing shoelaces, the streets are packed with "NO FEAR" pickup trucks and lowered Honda Ci...

two things: 1) i've completely revamped my website. i went from a slick, interactive, maddeningly difficult to update flash interface to an elegant, simple, all-html design. i'd appreciate comments and/or suggestions http://design-culture.net/~superhero.2) i've got a job interview with The Brick (big-ass canadian furniture retailer for those of you not mired in the great white north) to work in their web/graphics department. being severely broke and unemployed, if you're the praying type i'd appreciate some thoughts sent to whatever god you serve on my behalf.'kay. i'm done.--
