Yeti Tutorial - Q&A: December 10th at 6PM MNT - CLICK HERE #YetiTutorial  Step 1 - Initial sketch People say they can only draw a stickman. For me thats where I start. Just some basicshapes and lines as the foundation for what comes next. The pose I had in mind was sort of a boxing pose. Step 2 - Form Start figuring out the anatomy with blocky shapes. Thinking 3-dimensionally, adding thickness and heft. Simple shapes. Block out the form. Step 3 - Layering Just start filling details and mass be loose don't worry about mistakes. Hopefully for your own work you already know what you're going to draw so you don't have to worry about design. Follow your guidelines. This will reveal whether your initial sketch work. You'll see right away if there is anything that doesn't work. i work digitally. so I'll lower the opacity of my current layer and start redrawing. Adding detail, refining. You can also start to erase the guides as you see fit. I'd say my type of illustration is

This year, the seasonal Snowball badge is free to throw, so let the snowballs fly to secure your spot on the Snowball Leaderboard. The leaderboard is especially thrilling this year, because when the leaderboard tally ends at 11:59 PM Pacific Time on December 31st, deviants ranked 6 through 15 will receive 100 points, and the top-five snowball throwers will receive a special event t-shirt! UPDATE: The final leaderboard update was revealed on on January 2nd, 2025.
