Honestly, I am getting so tired of seeing so many stupid sexy pictures/paintings/drawings of girls. It seems like most men just learn to draw so they can draw boobs and butts. Can you not be more creative? Can you not draw an audience without it?Call me old fashioned, but we should have a little more tact in our art. I was brushing my teeth and I just kept thinking about my future as an artist.I love art, I can't help but DO art. When I was a kid and I drew I had no idea in the world that I could ever make a career out of art. The last few weeks I've realized how crucial practice is. EVEN if just for a few minutes a day, it makes such a difference. In my life drawing/anatomy class I've made sure to practice every thursday ( I usually just trace out pictures from an anatomy book and draw wire frames over them or planes and shade them) and it has thoroughly helped my art.One thing I've been thinking about lately is memory.
