Okay, I'm just going to reply here because it's easier.

These people completely understand that Stan, Kyle, and all of the other SP characters are not real. Most of them are smart enough to realize that it is NOT Matt or Trey that created these plz accounts.

When they say that one of the characters is hot, etc., they generally (unless they're into cp) are referring to an older version of said character, as most of the pornographic fanart and fanfiction for SP is set in a future universe, not when the characters are still nine years old.

Plz accounts like this tend to be used for "interacting" with the characters, so you can "talk" to them or have other characters do the same. It's not weird, fucked up, or creepy. It's just people (mostly teenaged females, but some others thrown in there as well) having a bit of fun with some characters that they like from a show that they like.
