Chainmail Jail Episode 1 - Chains, Schmains
Welcome to Chainmail Jail, my new series of posts that will show just how bad chainmail can be. Let's start with one of the ones I've seen recently. The Chain WARNING! Carry on reading! Or you will die, even if you only looked at the word warning!Once there was a little girl called Clarissa, she was ten-years-old and she lived in a mentalhospital, because she killed her mom and her dad. She got so bad she went to kill all thestaff in the hospital so the More-government decided that best idea was to get rid of her sothey set up a special room to kill her, as humane as possible but it went wrong themachine they were using went wrong. Star Wars questionare
WARNING: if you are not versed in Star Wars lore then do your homework or risk not knowing what I'm talking about1: Jedi or Sith?I would likely go Jedi. I for one prefer helping people to manipulating them or stabbing them and don't like the idea of being a slave to my own power, also the Jedi seems to be more in tune with the force instead of controlled by it like sith. And before anyone brings up force lightning I will admit it's awesome but the Jedi do use it. Hell, plo koon and Kyle katarn were both masters of it2: favorite world?Osis, for it's natural beauty and calm atmosphere.3: lightsaber type, color and combat style? My lightsa...

EsmeAmelia Prompt: To Die by the Sword

They'd been found out. Ben Solo and Keric Alsovar had, anyway...and it was all his fault for letting the trust he'd had for his fellow student Thekma Despla cloud his eyes to the idea that she'd place her loyalty to the Jedi teachings above her loyalty to own intellect, her own soul, and most of all, her own friends. He should have known what happens to such sentiments in the end. The Guardian in the Dark had been more than clear about such things over the years--how they could undo him. How they had undone his grandfather, the man whose full legacy the...

While my other writing projects are mostly limited to small encounters, I decided that I could do the same here as well as add in a full-scale battle. I do enjoy devising strategies and battle tactics, and as you can probably notice, I did enjoy writing about several entertaining parts. Some things that influenced me is the episode "Battle of Endor" from the live-action Ewok series, the episode "Ambush" from TCW, the "Hope" cinematic trailer for Star Wars: The Old Republic, the Forbidden Forest from "The Lord of the Rings," and the final battle in the movie, "Avatar." (I've heard even the Whomping Willow from Harry Potter.) Pretty much all things where a native or insurgent force is battling against a larger, more advanced military.
In the duels, I actually watched the animated Clone Wars series when Grievous and his magnaguards were chasing the Jedi through Coruscant in order to get a sense of how the the droids fought the Jedi one-on-one since there's not a whole lot of moments in the movies or in TCW when that happens. In almost every time, they get easily dispatched, which is a bit disappointing. I guess that's more on the experience of the Jedi that they were facing rather than on the droids themselves. And for those who want to know where I got the moves for Havardor's martial arts, most come from the movie "Ip Man." For anyone who knows that movie series or have seen some of the fighting clips, I'm sure that you can recognize a particular move here.
All Star Wars characters belong to Lucasfilm.
I only own my original characters.
Questions and comments are welcome!
Coming up: A final battle in the depths of the derelict between warrior and peacekeeper.
