Gasps lifted up from behind Sharpstar as the others looked in surprise at the shining stone. He stepped towards it and as if she had been here before, Sparks followed right behind him. The others came slower following Sparks' courage. Sharpstar settled down with his paws just barely not touching the water. He didn't speak, just let the others follow what he was doing. He could sense the nerves growing, and could feel Sparks' fur brush against him. The day seemed to pass quickly; Sharpstar had passed through every territory to tell them about Medicine cat meetings. The leaders had all agreed to accompany their Medicine cats to the Starglass tonight. Now he and Sparks were saying farewell to the other two before they set off.
