Neckfurs are now here, with a bit more variety for all the rarities, with some new and returning traits! Hope you all like! Please note, if there has ben a downgrade in the traits of your jolle, it is grandfathered in as the same rarity BEFORE it was downgraded!

Hood - can be any style excluding elemental!
Elemental - can be any element as long as there isnt an entire universe in it, or glowing (biolum mutation needed)
