Not to sound like an idiot...but how did you manage to get an avatar to display your pic as opposed to this stupid smiley I have?......lol
just scroll you mouse to the top right corner of you display pic and a white frame will appear around your display pic with a tiny pencil in that right corner. It'll say "change avatar...", just click on it
