Honestly, I didn't plan this very well. I just kind of got straight into the sketch without many guidelines so the anatomy and perspective is a bit awkward. I could point out a multitude of imperfections with this, and I will.
One of the most important aspects of being an artist is being able to constructively criticize your work!
The perspective is awkward. The left arm is generally off and the shadows aren't extreme enough. Also, I gave him super weird hips?? They're too wide considering where the legs are. Speaking of legs, the right leg is a bit short. The right hand and arm are lacking in proper perspective too, the hand being a big lacking of shape and shadow and the arm lacking clarity of where the elbow is. Moving to his face, the ear and smile are a little weird, but not too bad. Also he looks like he has no eyebrows ;'I
Moving onto the actual painting bit and effects, I handled color in an unusual way. I went back at the end to add a orange glow to break it up and it doesn't look terrible, but it is rather lazy looking.
All in all, I should've spent more time in the sketching stage. The pose I wanted was rather ambitious and I knew I should've done some more sketches, but I didn't. I might upload a sketch of this same pose later with proper planning just to prove my point further. (his body also twists weirdly?)
Now to compliment somethings! I think the textures in this, while very basic, looks quite nice! It's not too smooth or too rough. The eyes are also very simple but I don't think they're lacking in expression or appeal. I like where I was going with the fist and the other arm reaching forward.

Alright, I'll start with the anatomy: Like you said, the anatomy's very wonky here. I generally like Midoriya's expression, though the lack of eyebrows looks somewhat strange. The left shoulder seems to jut out a lot compared to the right (the right shoulder should be pushed up and more defined due to the fact that he's currently punching), and the left arm is also disproportionately large. (not gonna lie, I thought his arm was his leg at first) The right hand and wrist seem very distorted too, as with his current pose, it looks somewhat awkward that his wrist is twisted out like that, when you should only be able to see his fingers. His torso also seems to continuesly become wider, making Midoriya look overweight. His clothes also look very smooth, so a few clothing creases would be nice.
The shading looks alright, and I like the orange glow you added. However, the shadows seem out of place at some locations. The shading at his fist make his fingers look sunken, and it's unclear where the light source is. The shadows at the face suggest that the light's coming from the back, but the shading at the chest says otherwise. The hair also looks somewhat strange (remember that hair has a different texture than the rest of the body). I also really like the patterns you put around the electricity.
Also, I noticed that while you use a tablet, you don't seem to have any pen pressure. Not really criticism, just an observation.
