Hello! My name is Simply, and I am a software engineer and hobbyist artist. I joined DeviantART back in 2012 and started out in digital art. Soon after, I became interested in graphic design, web design, and then eventually web development. I'm primarily known on here for the various profile resources and journal/gallery skins that I've designed and coded.
FYI, I am extremely inactive on this site. I'm pretty sure that I haven't submitted anything new since 2014, though I did make some sporadic updates to various resources up until 2017. I won't deactivate this account because there are quite a few people who still find my resources useful, but I won't be creating anything new here. For anyone who wishes to contact me, please shoot me a note. I do check back here every couple of months to read them.

Originality Technique ImpactWhat struck me first when I saw this photo was the nice vintage feel, which gave the photo a very pleasing and peaceful mood. I love the subtle red tint of the hair, which gives an otherwise plain photograph a little bit of excitement and color. The pose is also interesting and eye-catching while also maintaining a relaxed and natural look.
I think the only critique for improvement that I have would be picking a different background. I love how the light filters through the window, but I think the outside background may be a little distracting to the viewer. I thought I had replied to this a while back, but I guess my comment didn't save correctly.
I'm glad you like the way it's been organized, since I did my best to make it as clean and professional as I could. 
I'll keep that in mind for my next skins!
