SNK Gouken - White hair

My version. He's be a slower, harder hitting version of Ryu with defensive counters, one handed projectiles (descending, ascending, horizontal) and a couple of moves to help him break out of the corner (like Cyclops's Clone Kick, and Joe Higashi's rapid punch). I'd also give him an unblockable electric Shin Shoryuken, and the Shinkuu Tastumaki.
