Backstory: Far out at the Pasific ocean, an ordinary pelican soars thru the sky. However, A ship filled with illegal toxins spill right where the creature rests. Instead of perishing he mutates into a bloodthirsty beast whose main instinct is to kill. Once reaching the shore, Paddy the mutant Pelican is ready to start his rampage. Character gameplay description: Paddy The Pelican will be the smallest fighter and will have short range. His main weapon is an ax. Basically, think of him sort of like Chucky from the first Terrordrome game. He can also fly if the player presses up three times quickly. Controls: Basic Attack: He will move slightly forward while swinging his ax. Paddy Slams his ax in the ground. This can hit downed opponents. Paddy will peck at his opponent It's a quick short-range stab with his ax that had decent power. A reliable move with strong attack, long range, and fairly quick recovery. Can lead to interesting combos or chains if done
