I have just enrolled for a drawing class at my university.  It will be the first drawing class I have ever taken, so hopefully it shows a faster improvement in my artwork than the slow progress I've made over the past 8 years.  I have been waiting to take this class since my freshmen year, but it fills up rather fast.  I have had senior status for over a year now, but I couldn't take the class last year since I went to New Zealand.  But I finally was able to get into the class.  I am rather excited to learn new techniques, although it just means that I will get even more carried away with drawing!  I already stay up until 5am just because ...

Oasis drawing: DONE.

So I didn't want to leave my summer project, Michael Jackson unfinished as I get too involved with college.  Although school has already started, I sat down with my drawing for the past few days 3-4 hours at a time and made sure I finished it.  I'm so glad I finished and didn't leave it to be finished next summer. I'm so proud of myself for finding that determination to complete it!
