Hi there The last couple weeks have been overwhelming. The rainy season has begun, and our basement got flooded. Thankfully my brother-in-law came by and helped my Mom and I fix what we're certain was the source of the problem. And so far, after a lot of rain, no new water has come in. We're hopeful that the problem has been taken of. My Mom and I have been so exhausted emotionally and physically. We didn't realize it until just before Halloween. We're now a year since before my Dad's dementia diagnosis when his behavior became unusual and more difficult to handle. It's something how our bodies already knew before we realized... It's going to get harder as we get into the holidays... I honestly do not know what I can get done before the end of this year. I'll do what I can. Greetings It has literally been years since I've been active on here. I honestly don't know where to begin...Nothing could have prepared me for what my love ones and I had to endure since 2020. It has been extremely exhausting to say the very least. I'll do my best to give a brief a rundown of what has happened since I was last on here. (2020) This was last time that I was really active on here on dA before things got so chaotic during the shutdown.I was needed at my family's shop more than ever, especially being the only driver other than my Dad. I had to go out and search for nearly half of our inventory for our little shop. Because due to the shutdown, shipments were delayed and would never be the same afterward. I had already been having to go get produce and milk by myself because the company that we used to work with got new owners and what we'd get delivered were already bad.
