Her background is she's one of the Joy family that joined Team Rocket as their own nurse/Poke expert... but she has some moments like this where she gets focused on one thing and makes dumb mistakes, for the sake of the audience, hehe~ I'll make a character page for her later on maybe...

I chose slowpoke cause when I was making her hair color I figured it'd be a fun one to introduce her with~
